The food is gas but jeez they are slow. In a college town where finding employees is easy as pie you would think they would be relatively fast. NO! Sat here for 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Is that not crazy to the management? I get the store management being bad but the district or regional management is okay with this? Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and this happens every time. Food is gas tho.
This place is so loud that it gave me a headache when I went into the building. They also took 45 minutes to prepare 2 simple orders. I asked about them after 30 minutes and they just said that it would still be another 10-15 minutes. On separate occasions they almost never include a fork with the cheesy Fiesta potatoes. Like how am I supposed to eat them without a fork? Why hasn't there been a second location opened in this town by now.
They upsell you on literally everything you say, it is super annoying and a huge waste of our time. I always respectfully ask they not to at the beginning of my order and they ignore it and do it anyway. Today I asked to speak to a manager and he said it will always be policy to do that. Okay, then fine—we won’t be coming back and we have a large family to feed. We come here 2-3 times a week, with an average order of $15-25, so you do the math on how much the policy is helping you out. Lots of our friends say the same thing.
They seem to do ok. When you special order things, man, they STRUGGLE! We hardly get out order correct. But, we keep going back! Lol
Bought a Cantina Chicken Bowl, and it wasn't even half full.
