It's Taco Bell; you can never go wrong. It's not fine dining, but, as far as fast food restaurants and Taco Bell go, you won't find better than the one in Rexburg.
The last few times I've come through the lobby it has taken thirty or more minutes. I'm not exaggerating either, I've timed it. The food is never bad but they need to give attention to lobby customers. Also the lobby is NEVER clean. When I come through the drive thru I get my order fast, I prefer to use a kiosk so I come inside. This location needs improvement.
Food is tasty, however poorly made. Every time I order a Catina bowl, they forget my sauce. This most recent order, they forgot two sauces (that you have to pay extra for) and a taco. I am highly disappointed with this location and won’t be back soon. I recommend you sit in the drive thru and check your bag to make sure everything is there if you visit.
Absolutely filthy, I work food service and lemme tell you it was NOT busy enough to be that atrocious with EIGHT WORKERS. One worker came out and literally shoved the overflowing trashes back down instead of even trying to take them out. The kitchen area made me gag, nasty. Idk how they have a 3.5 rating, has to be fake reviews.
