Ordered Taco Bell and have been waiting 40 minutes for the order. Then I called in and asked if they were busy and they said kinda. Whoever manages these Taco Bell’s needs to focus less on asking for add ons and put more focus on how to make food. They up there prices and half their portions. And on top of that it takes 2-3 business days to get your food…
I come here regularly, with the experience varrying, so here are my reviews in a list: October 7, 8:30pm: I got a pack of 12 tacos and two other entrees through the drive thru. 3 of the tacos were missing, 2 from the box and 1 from the other entrees. That was completely unacceptable, but I did phone call back and explained I just wanted the rest of my order and agreed to pick it up from inside. The drive through is a long wait and each of the two times I have come they have forgotten items
Please please please retrain your employees or something because why can’t I get a simple cheese quesadilla without some part of it being messed up EVERY. TIME. ITS CHEESE AND A TORILLA. And it’s not even an exaggeration either, I have to make sure they made it right before I leave every single time. And for the love of God be consistent with your cooking times, why the hell do I get literal clumps of uncooked cheese????Anyways, maybe it’s my fault for being too lazy to make it myself but damn.
