Order delivery and the food was cold and they totally forgot my sauces

This place has the most rudest employees this is why I don’t come here often. The employee at the drive thru this morning I don’t know his name but he was nothing but rude to me I was just telling him I was paying with cash because he had the card reader hanging out the window and his response oh I’m talking thru my headset well I’m talking to you because you have the card reader hanging out the window towards me!
You will not find a bigger cheapskate then the manager here. They would sooner paint cardboard to look like chicken to save a quick buck then they would just actually care about their food or customers. Every time you go through the drive through employees are forced to ask about every extra imaginable just so they can squeeze 50 more cents out of you.
