I don’t know why they keep asking if I want sour cream every time at the drive-thru. And then the one time I say ‘yes,’ they don’t even give it to me! Like, you’re not a mechanic shop, STOP trying to upsell me on a burrito PLEASE

They want your money and will ask: do want your food as a meal? spicy? with sour cream? with steak? Want to make the drink a large? Do you want to donate to a foundation? You’ll get 75% tortilla, 20% cheese or filler, and 5% meat. Only reason I keep going back is because it’s the only TacoBell in Rexburg. So just keep your expectations low.

I placed a mobile order through the drive through. When I pulled up to the speaker, the worker said it might take 5-10 minutes for the order to come through, so even though there were no cars behind us, they made us wait in line just to go around the store, and BACK in the drive through. I’ve never had an online order “delayed” after submitting it so there’s no way it would take 5-10 minutes for it to pop up on their screen. Not a huge deal but still an inconvenience and annoying.
