This place has literally human feces in the parking lot, homeless people’s trash and half eaten food scattered across the entrance, and their bathrooms are always “out of order”. Literally went in there for happy hour: they didn’t have flavors advertised, and got my order last amongst people with more complicated orders, after I get a substitute he tells me there’s no straws. Mmmm so I ordered two nacho fries and got a nacho fry and two potato wedges. you can make us wait 45 minutes for our preordered food- but you can’t use 5 of the 30 you took to prepare for the online order that’s been available? Absolutely unforgivable to REPLACE it without asking or letting us no one was out.
