Absolutely best 1am taco bell experience I have ever had. The employee taking out order was new and was as nice as could be and everything even came out right!
Went through the drive-thru, very polite and patient while we gathered our order. This place has changed for the better. *UPDATE* They have went back to being raggedy. The past 3 times they have messed up the order. Get yalls stuff together.
This place is genuinely the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. They take ONE order at a time in the drive thru, then wait until that person has been given their food at the window before they even take the next person’s order. It makes absolutely no sense and turns the drive thru into an unnecessarily long wait. Management here is clearly terrible. Easily one of the worst Taco Bell’s in Jacksonville.
