Awful service. We had a group of 6 and would start to give our order after being told “hold on” many of times. When we were finally able to finish our order, we got to the window and were denied service. Keep in mind, we wasted 15 minutes of our time waiting for the cashier to be “ready for us” only to be turned away. Gio specially was extremely rude. Go to whataburger down the road.
Takes forever
It's been a while since I last ate at Taco Bell, so I thought I'd try it again. This location, when compared to the 103rd Street location in Jacksonville, was not much better than the other. Employees seemed either too busy or too disinterested in assisting customers when I approached the counter.
