Order burritos they wete wrapped like crap. Leak everywhere. Obvious counterman doesn't care
I understand being busy and short handed but simply acknowledging a customer would be nice instead of very rudely screaming at someone to take my own order on the kiosk!! So incredibly unprofessional!!! Never again! Lady that runs that drive-through I don’t know if she’s the manager or what but she needs to literally be fired. She is the most miserable angry person I’ve ever come across in a hospitality situation if you hate your job that much why are you working there? you’re awful and a disgrace to this company‘s name.

No ice, no order taker, dining room dirty.
Normally this place is just ok. On a recent visit: taco had almost zero cheese, 2nd taco was so greasy that the bottom fell out b4 I finished adding hot sauce, flour tortilla was dried out on burrito supreme which had almost zero sour cream, there was no fire sauce and no straws. And the icing on the terrible cake: tried twice to file a complaint on their website and after answering all the questions, the last question is "which store", and when I select the store it takes me to the "order now" page... so it is impossible t... read more
