They made us wait in line for 20 minutes before ordering, then proceeded to tell us they only accept mobile. While trying to place the order, the app refused and they proceeded to tell us they can accept our order only if it’s small and they judged us for not ordering on the app, they said the line was clear for 10 minutes, it wasn’t, but argued our order wasn’t important because they had “39 delivery orders”. Ridiculous all around.
My favourite fast food here in US. Don't have Taco Bell in my home country. It's the cheapest fast food, you can make a combo with burrito, taco, chalupa, chips and drink for only 7$. The restaurant is always almost empty, see only 2-3 persons eating there everytime. Can't tell anything about drive through though. They make food fast (as it should be), the staff is polite and friendly. Again, I like their food, it doesn't make me sick after all :)
