Straight up 5 stars for the two staff working tonight. My kids wanted taco bell. Been here 40 minutes in the drive through. And the lady taking orders was kind and patient. She must be exhausted and shes is still in there working. Idk what's going on behind the scenes. But she showed up for the hungery people of Ithaca. Whoever is working at 8:16pm on March 7th.... Reward them with a rise and extra paid vacation days, will ya?
This Taco Bell is so bad I hate it so much. They lie about the wait time which is so annoying and dumb. They take forever like at least an hour to make your food no matter what you do. Order there? An hour wait. Order online? An hour and a half probably. Drive Through? Don’t do that either. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and there needs to be change.
