At approximately 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, I witnessed a red-haired employee standing outside smoking a cigarette while wearing food prep gloves. When a customer pulled in to order, the employee went back inside and immediately started preparing the order without removing or changing the same gloves. This is extremely unsanitary and a serious food safety concern. Gloves should be changed after any activity that could contaminate them, especially after smoking. Lady at the window terribly rude. Definitely doesn't like her job and needs service training! if the folks who are the face of the biz are this bad imagine what the ones ypu dont see are like... pretty concerning.
I don't do fast food often but yesterday was packed full of appointments and errands. I was skeptical, but the Cantina chicken bowl was very good. I would definitely order it again.
went late at on my way home from work to get my family some food on my way back. i ordered a chicken quesadilla, grilled cheese burrito and their $7 box, i get home and all i saw were hard shell tacos, nacho fries i didnt even order and a 5 layer burrito, they got half my order wrong but got the 5 cheesy roll ups right. I spent $40 for some hard shell tacos that were a mess and cracked. Ridiculous.
