This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The customer service here is completely unacceptable. I You can be standing there and no one will acknowledge you,, no updates, no apologies — just ignored. When my order was finally prepared, instead of handing it over, they left it sitting out until it was cold. It shows a complete lack of care for customers and for the food they serve. Walked in to order, waited 30+ min and there was another lady that had been there 45 min + and they just started after 45 min of order and payment making her food. The big dude acted as if he hated his job! Negative, complains and drama. Got refund of my order cause they took to long to make my food. Updated - still 1 Always check your bag!!!
