Ordered mobile app, sat in drive thru for over 15 mins waiting, just for them to come out to the car to say they can't find our mobile order. If you're in a hurry, don't come here, or order ahead? Been in drive thru for 30 minutes now.
I had ordered a 12 party pack taco box the other night I got plain tacos and the lady at drive thru said she can’t do anything because she’s not a manager nothing to make it right not to mention they only do online orders and Mobil orders at 10:30pm apparently no one can order drive thru food
Girl at the counter was super rude food was disappointing and everyone was just making jokes taking their sweet time terrible experience 😒
I gotta say. Taco Bell is probably one of my favorite restaurants and every time I’ve been to this location the service has been outstanding even if there’s one or two employees there. Tonight I just finished off making some DoorDash runs and I ordered some supper before I went home and forgot to add a drink. But I went up to the window.
