Ordered a cheese quesadilla & a sweet tea. My cheese quesadilla was not cooked at all, and it also had something very crunchy inside of it??? My “sweet tea” has absolutely no sugar at all. Pretty simple order & somehow it was still completely terrible and wrong. Also, didn’t even give me a straw.
Negative stars. I called to speak to the manager after receiving a bowl with no rice, beans, sour cream or guacamole. I called to talk to the manager after she threw out my taco bowl in garbage and locked the door on my friends who tried to fix the issue. Not only did she throw the food out, she opened the bowl, stuck her fingers in the bowl, mixed it around a little, and threw it in the garbage. Food is most of the time hot and ready and always delicious But the wait time for anywhere around 9-11 is awful. Only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru yet it's been almost 20 minutes while cars pile up behind. Otherwise staff are most of the time respectful and sweet
