Good food, quick service. I dont know why they have so many bad reviews, nothing bad about the experience. I wouldnt say it was amazing or memorable, but it was on par.
Lobby was disgusting. Manager was nowhere to be found. Employees on their phones and touch hair without washing hands afterwards in customer sight and they got at least 3 orders wrong while I was here
I am very displeased with my experience this evening. I had an employee accuse me of trying to get free drinks when I was legitimately, trying to get a drink for my mother who is handicapped and then the employee had stated we don’t give drinks to senior high school students. That comment was very disrespectful to a customer and racist towards my sister who is Hispanic. Later, when I had arrived home, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, McKenzie.
