Never returning to the Jarrell location, after ordering my food I noticed that they had messed up on multiple items even though the screen shows you exactly what to put they still managed to mess the order up not once not twice but three times after asking them to re make the order. after the third attempt I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted them to handle basic tasks like reading and multitasking. Yall. Mary, in the drive thru is FANTASTIC. I don’t know how she juggles so many tasks at once and maintains such a great attitude. She was friendly and offered all the things and made sure we left on a good note. Fast food industry is so hard and people are so quick to complain. Not this time- so great to have positive experiences in our small city. Thanks Mary- just saying- you need a promotion!!

Absolutely wretched service and food. This location, when it first opened, wasn’t too bad, but the decline is real. Went there last night to order dinner, which was my first mistake because Taco Bell is terribly unhealthy anyway, and I was extremely clear in my order. Everything was right on the receipt and the packaging was all correct, right number of items, etc, and my second mistake happened here since I didn’t check before leaving.
