They charge you for a bunch of extra things that you'd think are already included in the base cost. Manager doesn't seem very professional and steps up to talk for other employees like they're mute. Been here for a decent time and still can't get it right. Other than that the food is normal Taco Bell cuisine (if the order doesn't get messed up) and the rest of the staff are quite kind to customers.
Beef in chalupa was burnt and tasted like it was sitting on the back of the flat top all day. Terrible. Quality has gone down hill since opening.
I ordered 5 layer burritos and the tortilla was not heated/cooked at all. I don’t know if they think the customer won’t notice, or they just care that little about people. The taco and chips were also stale.
I ordered the #2 combo with three soft tacos, nacho cheese, cinnamon twists, and a drink around 10:30 PM, and the food quality was extremely disappointing. The tacos barely had any meat on them — it was mostly lettuce with very little filling. The portion size was unacceptable for what I paid. I’m writing this because the experience was unacceptable and I hope corporate sees it.
