I gave them 4 stars 3 years ago.Today they're getting one star taco.Bell has gone way down in quality and they don't care about how they put stuff in your bag.They just throw it together and throw it in your bag.An I guess you're supposed to be happy with that.I'm not not in herrin il anyway customer services gone way down.And you even have to order your own food when you go inside.There's nobody there to order from you have to order it from a machine inside.You know I'm almost 60, but when I worked at Taco Bell.We took prid... read more
Food was cold no service at all
We sat and waited on an order we placed online for 20 minutes while the employees walked around laughing and cussing. Very rude and very unprofessional! Cars were wrapped around the building and they weren’t in a hurry.
