Rude and lazy..
We ordered through the Taco Bell app, which allowed us to choose to pick up the order inside. When we got there the lobby was closed and it didn't really look like the drive thru was open. We were traveling with our dogs and walked them around outside before going through the drive thru. It was open, we received our order and while I was checking to make sure my burritos didn't have any dairy in them, the lady opened the door again to tell us she had a timer on the drive thru. Went through the drive, atmoshere unkown. Enjoyed the food.
We ordered threw door dash and they forgot one of our items so I called and spoke to male manger” didn’t want to give his name” who didn’t care to help at all said there was nothing her can do we sent our door dash back gave a extra tip and they sent him with one taco which was not even part of our order! Had out recipe on it so they knew what they were doing! Bad service rude af manger what happened to customer is always right just keep saying sorry can’t help you. Never going back again as long as he is there.
