Horrible taco bell. Flys all over soda machine not working. And one of the employees wearing slippers in the food prep aera. I will not be back
Ordered some crunchy tacos today and was beyond disgusted. I took the meat out of 3 tacos to put on a plate and i found a strand of long black hair in the meat, and upon inpspecting it some more i found another hair in the meat a different color than the first hair it was gray. Will not be going to taco bell anymore.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We placed our order online with no issues. When we arrived, we were told they were out of large cups—even though we had already paid for our drinks. We asked if we could at least get a refund for the drinks we couldn't receive, and they refused. We then asked if we could cancel and refund the entire order since we weren't getting what we paid for, and they told us they couldn't do that either. Food was good but they didn't send a fork for a Cantina Bowl. Order was atleast correct.
