I am new to this place. Ambience is not that great. I looked for menu card or board. I could see nothing. I asked the counter person what kind of buritos they have and gow much. He replied so many ,and went back into food preparation area without helping me. After 10 minutes he returned to attend another customer.Then I ordered chicken chalupas for take out. He brought them in a trey for dine in. I told him they are for take out. He put them in paper bag and said have a good day.That is my strange experience.
Service very slow. Drive through takes 30min
We were given the wrong order, and when we questioned it, the staff were rude and very disrespectful. Their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable for a business operating until 2 a.m. The service was extremely slow, and the staff appeared lethargic and uninterested in helping customers. This level of service is disappointing, and the management should seriously address the quality and conduct of the staff.
