They are making orders late on purpose. Literally, two items took 30 minutes.
Placed an online order for pick up but drive thru was the only option available. My vehicle is too high to fit in the drive thru. The guy at the window was super rude and refused to give me my food thru the window or bring it to the door, then told me he wouldn't refund me! Don't waste your time here. Bad customer service.
Probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been. Cancelled my mobile order for no reason. The cashier was clearly untrained when trying to order off the menu. And, they skimped out on my taco fillings. Second time coming here since I moved and definitely will find another.
There were very few options… I couldn’t make my own bean burrito. At other Taco Bell locations, I could customize my order.
