Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and it was absolutely horrendous. Too seasoned I mean no one would eat that. Made me so sick I couldn’t even eat it. And will never be going there again. Their drinks are fine tho.
Food was great service was great the dining area was nasty and the drink machine was very nasty and missing labels for the actual drink product these are very important areas to the people that go in and dine It needs to be corrected other than these issues everything was great
So apparently they made a stupid decision to change their policy to no refunds ever we ordered at this location through the drive-thru after being in the hospital for 4 hours only to get home to LaFollette and have a doordash order. Do you people not practice blast? Believe your customers listen to the complaint apologize for our mistake solve the problem at any cost and thank them and ask them to come again.
