The food is usually so so, it really depends if the shells and meat are stale, but the employees are some of the worst, the young people that work there don’t care at all which is a poor reflection of management. The older employees seem to do better and treat customers much better! Make sure you double and triple check what should be in your bag and keep your expectations low.
I’m gonna be honest my food was great but while I was waiting I noticed manger smoking weed in the back with a few others and trust me I know what a weed pen looks likes and weed is illegal in west Virginia some of the employees saw that I was wating to order but they decided to go and eat food and smoke in the back the guy that made my food was awesome he was focused on the main goal.To get the food made quickly,correctly and properly I know that guy was new trust me I worked with many guys that are new and they always work... read more
They have the best sweet tea here, and that's the reason I go. Don't ever change it!
It's a taco bell. It's fairly clean. Check your orders from the drive through before you leave
Check your order before leaving!!! The last 5, and no exaggeration, 5!!! Times in a row at least 1 thing was forgotten, if not multiple items. Whenever ordering a "box" or 2 they don't actually use the boxes, just throw everything in the bag, half wrapped and usually making a mess of everything. Completely obnoxious. If they did things properly and checked the order before sending it it would save alot of frustration...
