We got a mobile order and was supposed to get 2 mountain dews and 8 sauces and our food I had to wait for 10 minutes after the time they said the food would be ready for our drinks witch turned out was the wrong drinks so they took them back and then I had to wait another 30 minutes after the 10 minutes I already waited, to get our food then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my drinks and in the end when we got home we opened the bag to find there was no sauce, I am not happy with Taco Bell right now, definitely recommend... read more
The heavyset male manager who is balding is always rude. The store is always disgusting. The wait time is always forever both with door dash and personal orders. If you hate your job, there are plenty of other jobs. You work in customer SERVICE sir.
