quite literally the worst taco bell anyone can go to. get rushed. can’t add a DRINK at the window. literally the worst customer service and i know it’s a fast food restaurant but if you hate your job so much you have to be an ass to people get a new job.
Went in for a mobile order and told them my name. They said it would be about 10 more minutes which is fine 30 minutes pass. I asked where my order was, to who seemed to be the supervisor on duty. He then turned to his right and picked up a bag I saw placed there about 25 minutes prior with no sticker on it and he said oh I think this is yours just needs a sticker. At this point, I just wanted my money back and to be canceled so I asked him to cancel and he said he didn't know how. Wow just wow
Came in to pick up an order. Took 10 minutes to even be greeted, in which I had to start the interaction by saying excuse me 5 times. And instead of being greeted with an "im sorry I didn't see you there" or a "hi how are you" I was greeted with "My lobby is closed". I then said I had an online order in which I was then told if it had anything grilled that they couldn't make it which apparently was half of my order. I was then rudely told there was nothing they could do and basically pushed out the door that was then locked ... read more
