4 workers came out for smoke breaks, they lost my daughter's order, then remaking it dropped her burrito on the floor because they are too busy chatting with each other to bother to actually do the job they are paid to do. Two of them while on that smoke break did nothing but complain about having to work. I never seen such poor customer service as I have today. My daughter is about in tears because she's getting so angry. They didn't even wrap the food items correctly. Way to go Taco Hell is your new nickname in my book.

(2026 Update at the end) First time using this location. It will be my last. Multiple items missing. This food is way too expensive to ignore that. Very disappointed. ........UPDATE MAY 2024, I gave in and decided to give em another shot. It's still horrible. They couldn't cook some of my order due to " cooking issues" . Refunded me some of my money and then I needed to ask for my drink. Update March 2026: I like to be a fair person and I did return in 2026. The service is much better now. I'd recommend now.

Had to have them refund the order, and even had to call the number because the whole store was sitting outside taking a break at the same time. They acknowledged me when I walked in, but nobody was inside the store to an order. I ordered on the kiosk and 5 minutes later she walked inside to make my order. I would not ever eat here again. I've never seen anything like this

Pretty terrible service. All they want you to do is go in, order from a kiosk and not talk to anyone that works there. They try to ignore you the best they can, and when they do finally respond, they aren't very nice. Maybe I went on a bad day, but I'll never stop here again.
