There is one manager there that is really nice and makes you feel like her friend. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with your service and food. We go in and try to order on the kiosk and it blanks out when we try to check out. Then it won't take my number, mind you this is an $80 order, so we ask for help and we can't even order at the counter even though the kiosk isn't working. I have been to quite a few Taco bell locations. This is one of the only ones that always gets my order correct and it is extremely fast.
Not a 'Bad' Location Per say, But For sure could be better. Service is non-existent. The Pandemic has been so long ago, There is no reason they should force everyone (Especially Older People) To order from the Kiosk. The lack of Physical Receipt is also in my opinion stupid. when they mess up your order you have to rely on them "Trusting" You to make a correction, When before I could've Just shown them my Receipt. Food is alright, Drive Thru Usually has good Speed.
