Every single time I order delivery from this place they forget on average more than half my order. I’m not kidding they have a 100% fail rate for getting my entire order. It’s not even that they don’t get some substitutions right it’s that MORE THAN HALF MY ORDER IS NOT THERE, EVERY TIME. Because I get it delivered I can’t just walk in the store and get my food. This place sucks. My order was completely wrong. All 4 tacos in my order were broken. 2 had no meat for some reason. The other 2 had no lettuce for some reason. An entire order of nachos was missing. An entire chicken soft taco was missing. All 10 of my ordered sauces were missing. Are the employees even awake? What a joke. Do not order from here.
Window employee bad , I had to order $130 worth of food and couldn’t get it done. Embarrassment to the franchise owner . You’re letting bad employees bring down your expectations.
