We went to order in, the employees saw us standing at the counter for over 10mins without anyone acknowledging us. Then I had to grab their attention and state that we've been in line over 5mins which an employee replied, " you can use the kiosks". We shouldn't have to, there should be people at the counter greeting customers right away. Absolutely terrible service, not to mention no people skills. We will not order here again!
I've been to enough taco bells to know a good one from a bad one - this is a good one.
Apart from the one employee that tried, this was the worst location I've ever visited. The guy taking our order seemed to have been so "out of it" that he checked out for a minute, finally coming to, oblivious to the fact he was even helping us. We got half our order, correctly prepared. While the other half was either absolutely wrong or entirely missing.
