Service is horrible
Absolute abysmal service. Took over 30 minutes for a drive through order. The order was wrong and the staff needs customer service training.
I get off work late, so taco bell is usually the only option. That being said, I have had to wait over 30 minutes many times. I always order on the app. One time we got to the window and no one came to the window for almost an hour and when they finally did, the manager said they had to cook more beef because they were out.
