Every single time I've visted this location there's always an issue in the quality of food and poor service. They rush you and forget to put things in your bag. If there was another location close by I would be there but this location is literally the worst. Most of the employees here need to be re-trained on how to prepare the food and customer service. The manager Karen at the route 300 store in Newburgh is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Her attitude is disgusting and she belittles the employees who work under her. I don’t know how a company can allow someone like that to run a fast food restaurant. Corporate needs to do a better job checking in on the employees to see how the manager is treating them. What I witnessed is disgusting.
Came in to try the Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas. The aesthetic and the taste was excellent. It was like love at first bite. The staff and management are the friendliest people around. I pulled into Taco Bell thinking I was just grabbing a quick bite. Taco Bell had other plans. Ordered a couple tacos and a burrito. Everything tasted amazing for the full 3 minutes it took me to eat it. By minute 4, my stomach started making noises like a cement mixer full of angry squirrels. Minute 5: I’m sweating.
