Came to pick up my order, I was cutting it close but made it five minutes before closing. I placed an order on their website and when I arrived it wasn't even ready. Despite being placed 45 minutes prior.... Now iv been charged on my credit card, but never got any of my food, and there is no way to get my money refunded. This is very disappointing.

Every single time I've visted this location there's always an issue in the quality of food and poor service. They rush you and forget to put things in your bag. If there was another location close by I would be there but this location is literally the worst. Most of the employees here need to be re-trained on how to prepare the food and customer service. Food is always room temperature and lacking things nacho fries are never fresh and never has nacho seasoning on it. They dont care about how its prepared as long as they kee... read more

The manager Karen at the route 300 store in Newburgh is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Her attitude is disgusting and she belittles the employees who work under her. I don’t know how a company can allow someone like that to run a fast food restaurant. Corporate needs to do a better job checking in on the employees to see how the manager is treating them. What I witnessed is disgusting.
