Usually decent, but apparently they have decided to go AI in the drive thru. What a shame. One less place to go. Sad days.
I went through the drive thru for my daughter. It appears it’s not a live person taking it anymore or maybe just at the hour I went (around 8 pm) I don’t know for sure. I spoke clearly and it got every thing right. It was fast and convenient. The staff at the window were polite and courteous.
food was alright, messed up drinks but fixed when asked and was receptive and apologized.
Update: Made the poor mistake of going here again. They forgot my ENTIRE MEAL. Don't even bother going here. I love that it's a stand alone Taco bell but they regularly forget items in orders. Most recently forgot an entire nacho bel grande, easily the biggest item in the order but somehow missed. Reading other reviews this seems to happen to everyone. Management needs to do better
