Clean and friendly. They've made a nice improvement.
How do you "run out of breakfast". Literally told me all they have is hash browns.
I've come here 4 separate times all well after their opening hours. Once I needed to wait 15 minutes for it open, then after paying waited a half hour for a small order. Three other times they were closed. Each time I visited at noon, long after they were supposed to be open. Long story short, if you are trying to go here for lunch and have a limited time, I suggest you go elsewhere.
