This location is consistently the worst service and food. I regularly get the incorrect ingredients in a menu item, service is always extremely slow whether I am ordering inside, in the drive thru, or online. Sat in drive through over 10 minutes without moving a couple days ago, today my online order that said ready for pickup was not attempted to be prepared. Great workforce, my go to for late night
Been going here for years. I work across the street. I had a great review on google for a decade. Not anymore. This Taco Bell sucks. Look at the other reviews. I ordered two meximelts (that’s it, nothing special) and received two flower tortillas.. lol that’s it. Rolled up flower tortillas. Like nothing inside of them. Employees here are friendly.
They gave me the wrong food and then when I showed them they argued with me when I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito with chicken instead I got a pepper jack burrito with two pieces of chicken. Then I tried to say something to the other guy at the window and he dismissed me and said have a good day and didn’t listen to me. And I said “no tell him that he was wrong and to not be a jerk” and then left. Overall terrible customer service. Don’t close the window on someone literally still being given their food.
