Lady at the window was great but the food was awful. They don't fill anything all the way up and perfectly placed the stalk of the lettuce in a hard shell taco. I mean it's taco bell, guys. Not rocket science.

Worst Taco Bell location in the area tbh. Refused refund after over 40$ order was never delivered to us. Super disappointing , and their food is always made horrendously and messy but it’s sadly the closest location to us. Very Unfortunate:( wish they’d get a whole new staff or something like some decent management to make the location better lmao

i usually have a good experience at Taco Bell because the staff is helpful and knows what they’re doing but this time was different. the manager Ashely came off really rude. the whole interaction felt negative, and the way she spoke to me made me feel really disrespected. im so disappointed because I know this place can be better, and I feel like this situation should be addressed.

This isn’t even fast food anymore, takes them a half hour to make a few tacos, what’s the point? Called the manager to let her know about all the employees standing around and instead of acknowledging that, she began to tell me everyone was working, which they weren’t. Take accountability for your mistakes, customers shouldn’t have to wait 20-30 minutes for crunchy tacos.
