They won't take your order at the register and make you use the kiosk, self serve soda machines out of order and they served flat soda. Cup was dirty! Condiments were filthy! Tried to get hand sanitizer from the dispenser and it was empty. You can tell it's not managed well. Definitely one of the worst Taco Bell's I have been to.
