Ordered late online. Young men working around 11 were fantastic. Super polite and our food was correct and delicious. Thanks for great service! I work in food service, so I understand that it's hard to find and keep good staff, much less not be under staffed. So many people have lost their patience. I do not eat Taco Bell
Hours state that they are open until 12AM, everytime I have attempted to pick up food for mobile order or thru the drive prior to 12AM (as early as 11PM) their doors are locked, so you are unable to pick up a mobile order in the restaurant. When you attempt to pick up a mobile order or order in the Drive-Thru there is an excessive wait time to even speak to anyone.
