They couldn't get the menu items correct when ordered, food took forever seem like to hit the table. Most of the tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. I live six blocks away and I'll never step foot in that door again, they still owe me some food and I'm never going back to get it
I am currently trying to get them to answer so I can get the health department phone number. This place is disgusting and the people in there have attitude problems. I am also trying to recover from food poisoning I got from them! If it let me I put negative stats. I hope their district manager can see this and contact me.
This is the worst Taco Bell in the whole entire Portsmouth. If you’re from the area, you know not to go to this specific Taco Bell due to their horrible customer service and their lack of care when it comes to making people food and drinks I recommend do not go here not unless it’s a dire need for you to.
Walked in to place an order, stood at the counter for, 300 seconds or so. All 4 people behind the register or on the clock did absolutely nothing. It wasn’t 4 people struggling to do a one person job. They were literally just, sitting and doing nothing. Drive thru and lobby were empty btw.
