Hadn't been in that location in Madisonville previously so the clerk helped with kiosk placing our order. After placing our order since we were paying cash we had to go to the register and it was smooth and she was very helpful and polite.
I live five minutes away. I eat here a lot since it’s the closest food to me but I’m so upset that yall messed up my order 3 times now over the course of a month, I’m done with it. Im ordering simple things, literally three soft tacos and nacho fries. Granted this is DoorDash and yes I reviewed there too but I’m so fed up I’m here as well. 6 employees standing around but we had to enter our orders into the kiosk! I waited more than 5 minutes for my change. Not happy at all! They had another customer that was also complaining about the no service with 6 employees just standing around!
