me and my brother went in to order it took 20min to get our food inside the service sucked they said they was buisy they only had 1 car in the drive thru only 2 people was inside was me and my brother i give it zero stars they lost our buisness

Food wasn’t made correctly, service was crap, they were out of half of the items needed to make food items and were out of Cups entirely like how can u be out of cups #neednewmanagment
Placed an online order and after waiting for over 30min apon arrival for the food, we finally get it and get home and literally half of the order is missing. None of the craving box meals were in boxes just thrown in the bag along with everything else. Now had to come all the way back because my wife did not have food. Imback at taco bell now well iver and hour since I've ordered and still waiting on the remaining food to take back to what is now I'm sure cold food.
