To the manager and the drive thru employee: If you're going to tell a customer to "hurry up" at the drive thru, then I'd like to provide some feedback for your customer service: 1. Don't advertise you have a new item on your menu on your signage, and then not have it! Believe it or not, your customers might be expecting you to have it and be able to order the item in question. 2. Been over a hour still haven’t got my food
Only go if you want to wait 45mins to 1 hour for your dinner meal to be made. Supposed to be fast food 😂 not recommended if you're in a hurry to go anywhere
