I have been going to this Taco Bell for quite a number of years. I only go once in a while, but Taco Bell is definitely my vice!! It was a really good location when first moved out here, but lately it has been horrible. The food was always wrong, burritos wrapped the wrong way, half the order missing, only a few pieces of cheese on the cheese roll ups, etc. I’m also vegetarian and meat was always put in WITH my black beans so I had to scrape it off. Wish I could leave a zero, worked all day outside in this blazing heat pick the family up to go have some dinner, sat 45 minutes waiting for our food and listening to a worker tell everyone that mobile orders and drive thru take priority, I realize that dine in at this location is worthless!
I came in Yesterday around 5pm and this tall brown gentleman in the drive thru was all by himself with a pretty decent flow of customers, He had AMAZING service he was very nice, kind, attentive, and super professional. I think all the employees of this store should have an attitude just like him. Great job to him!
