Today when I came to pick up the order, 3 large drinks were not included. If I hadn’t noticed, the customer would have received an incomplete order. Please be more careful with packaging and order checks, as this causes issues for both customers and drivers
Placed order online and came to pick up. Got there & nobody answered the speaker so I pulled up and employee came out saying they were closed and I was “crazy waiting at a speaker for some food” lol. Said they were closed & they couldn’t help me
Shut it down or fire the entire staff: Orders are consistently wrong They close earlier than their posted hours They have no customer service training They sell expired food
Update: on Saturday July 26th around 840 they couldn't take my order, straight up refused, because drive through has to be closed for shift change and it would be 30 minutes before they would take another order. It seems this place gets more and more portsmouth like by the day. Terrible look for the brand and Portsmouth as a whole.
