Ordered 10 items, 20 sauces and 2 drinks. Received 7 items, 0 sauces, 2 drinks. End of poor story. FYI: 11PM on a Friday. Zero cars behind me in drive thru.
So we only ordered one drink and one fries. And when we came to order it took about 25 minutes for us to get one fry. We asked how much it would take and he said can you see I'm working by myself and it was actually three people. And when we came to ask he answered in a very rude way saying can't you see us only one working. And when we asked if we got a refund because it was taking too long. The other person that was at the window, then he actually went and got the fries for us.
The employee (female cook) on 7/27/2026 at 4:50pm was yelling cuss words and derogatory language the entire time I was eating. Absolutely disgusting behavior.
