Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an order at their self service kiosk; I had to walk away because it took them forever. It was not like they were busy at all, there were at least three employees inside and there were no customers waiting in the drive-thru. The good thing, I was paying cash.
I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, they acted like we were an inconvenience. On top of that, their behavior felt unethical — ignoring orders, making snide remarks, and showing zero accountability when mistakes were pointed out. Completely shut down, staff gone, and for good reason. This place was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor never set foot here! Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
