Hi my name's Ricky I went through the drive-thru at 11:15 The date was 3:25/20 26 restaurant number 03 45-67 everything was great great food was awesome and drive-thru cashier . Was very polite
Often my orders through the drive through end up incorrect, and require me to drive back to the store to get them fixed or items that are missing. No matter how many times I tell myself 'they can't keep getting it wrong' I find myself driving back 45% of the time. It is incredibly frustrating.
However, lately, the food and service have been subpar. For example, I receive cold or missing items, and the service is rushed. They even forgot to include napkins twice. 😌This has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, as I used to look forward to my meals. I'm hoping they can address these issues soon to restore the quality I once enjoyed.
