had to wait 20 minutes inside for a pickup order i placed on the app. forgot my avocado salsa (typically happens every time) and my nacho fries barely had any seasoning on them. not to mention they got someone else’s order wrong and put my takeout sticker on it and apologized and just gave me their food aswell.
I’m so tired of this Taco Bell. You DoorDash from there, they either mess up what you did or didn’t want on your food OR they just completely forget to put items you ordered in your bag. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! If you go to the store and order in the drive thru they do the same crap! Can’t tell you how many times I had to go through the drive thru two times just to get all my food. They always get the order wrong and then you tell them about they hang up on you and try to get the info of a manager higher up they will not give it too you
