worst management at this place. I ordered through the taco bell app & instead of being helpful the manager said she couldn’t help. when i asked her who picked up the order she just said “some lady”. then the 3rd party re submitted my order & spoke with her on the phone & they lied said they didn’t receive my order after already confirming that she had. GINA the manager here has no customer service skills whatsoever. No communication skills. Spend 35-40$ on uber eats for them not to give you half of the order. JUNE 6 10pm
I don't like the method of ordering when dinning in.
I hate that you have to order at a kiosk now. What happened to customer service. Price go up and employees go down. Doesnt make sense. Anyway i ordered a steawberry freeze with my meal and made it a ñarge for about a buck more. When they called my number the lady tells me they are out if the strawberry. I didnt want mt dew so i said i guess i will just get a soft drink. Then asked for a large drink cup since i paid extra for the large feeze.
