I’ll keep this cordial and to the point. I’m not sure who the manager thinks he is belittling his own employees in the drive thru window along with just providing terrible customer service. He was lecturing a teenager vulgarly for leaving or something (his issue). Then he screams obscenities for having to do his job. The order I had was 24 tacos and I asked for mild and fire sauce. My family and I got a meal at Taco Bell in lees summit and I got the Crunchwrap supreme meal with a Baja blast freeze, and a taco; I looked at my taco and there was about this much beef on it, I took it up to the counter and had them make me a new one, they make me a new one with the exact same amount, I go back up there and tell them “I didn’t spend $3-$4 extra on my meal for a taco with barely any beef” I also looked at my Crunchwrap supreme with the exact same amount of beef, so both I and my family went up there to have ... read more
