Staff was nonexistent for almost 5 minutes at the counter. Floors, tables and benches were disgusting...

What kind of "restaurant" closes at 7:30? That's straight RIDICULOUS.
I believe the employees really are doing their best, however there's only so much they can do while being severely understaffed at all times. There's only ever 3 employees. It's impossible to keep the place clean and costumers served in lobby and drive thru at the same time. Shame on the cooperation for making these poor employees work the jobs of 5 people each. And for what? To save $40 a day when they profit 10's of thousands a week? Shame.
