Manager, Susan, as well as, 3 other staff members went above and beyond on an issue that wasn't on their end or really their problem. I just want to say thank you for putting customers back in customer service.
I wasn't going to say anything however my wife thinks I should. We came through the drive through last night and when we pulled up to the window to pay we were met with a short manager with colored hair. She proceeded to give us dirty looks as if we did something wrong. As we were waiting for the order to come out all we heard was the manager yelling about the other managers. finally we got our order and the manager slammed the window in our face afterwards we felt like we were forced to leave.
