I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience at Taco Bell was really disappointing. I ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza, made it very clear that I’m vegetarian, and they still put meat on it. That’s not just a mistake it completely ruins the meal for someone who doesn’t eat meat. On top of that, I was charged for an extra item I never ordered. It’s frustrating to pay more and still not get the food you asked for. Mistakes happen, but this is lack of consideration, I expect more care and attention.
Learn how to answer your phones, edit: last time I accidentally placed an order online and they refused to even answer the phone I couldn't even get my money back, this time they took a look at our order took a look at something else looked at us and repeated this for about 3 minutes to make sure they didn't get our order wrong and they still got our order completely wrong not even our order but they said they would make it that's why I'm putting three stars
Food was cold it wasn't even heated up worse Taco Bell I've ever been to
