Filthy. All tables dirty, food on the floor, my shoes came out sticky. Found a receipt still sitting in a table from 2 hours before I got there. Took 15+ minutes to get our order with only 2 other people there. In that time I watched an employee gather trays and set them with others on the front counter and them come back with a blue cloth that was only wet in the middle and wipe down and stack the trays like they were clean. These people are great, thank you for putting up with our constant late orders. 2nd shift workers saving grace
Went here for a quick dinner and ended up here for an HOUR. The tall guy at the counter couldn't remember our order, never gave us our drink cups, and the other employee stayed in the bathroom for way longer than necessary. When we checked our take out order, it hadn't even been started 20 minutes later. A manager came up with an apology of TWO whole free taco coupons. Very bad experience.
This place has honestly gone down hill so fast. I dont eat out often but sometimes it is nice to go out. After getting a crunch wrap, thinking that it could at least be decent, it was not! The damn thing was soggy and might as well as been a tortilla with a few lettuce strands in it. I couldnt even take more than a couple bites before throwing it away.
