I've been to this specific restaurant many times over the last few years but the service I received tonight will definitely change that. Night manager "Alex" (I believe that's what his name was, he refused to give his name) refused to replace items missing in my online order. He claimed he made the order himself and said everything was there (half the order was missing), literally called us liars, and said he would not replace it.
