Why does this Taco Bell line take so long? Cars just sit here for 20+ minutes in line. Every time! I thought it was called fast food for a reason.
Years later I am not shocked to see that customer service it has not improved. I came through the drive-thru on July 26, 2025, around 4:15 p.m. simple order nothing special. I pull up to the take out window and a Caucasian person was there. Not too clear if it is a boy or a girl but the customer service sucked. Had to wait for a few minutes for my order again I ordered nothing special. I ordered a Mexican pizza and three soft tacos.
