Years later I am not shocked to see that customer service it has not improved. I came through the drive-thru on July 26, 2025, around 4:15 p.m. simple order nothing special. I pull up to the take out window and a Caucasian person was there. Not too clear if it is a boy or a girl but the customer service sucked.
