Asked them to exclude cheese in the order cantina chicken, as I am allergic to milk protein, they never seem to follow the instructions the customer requests.
Crazy that you can have my order correct on the receipt and still make it wrong. It's mid fast food at best and the employees still can't care enough to make the food correctly. Attitude reflect leadership and that ship has a leak.
waited 35 minutes for 2 items.
The lady at the drive through was incredibly rude. Got our order wrong then got mad at the audacity of us asking for it to be corrected. Talk about making someone feel unwelcome
