Ordered a big order through Uber eats. Waited almost 2hrs with multiple driver changes until finally a driver told us the workers gave our order to a different driver also picking up for almost the same name. The worker then gave our driver an attitude and refused to remake our order, forcing us to accept the order or demand a refund. I am in the hospitality business & want to complement what I suspect is one of the shift leaders or managers of this Taco Bell. He is a dear gentleman with an amazing mustache. He was clearly coming back from a break & opened the door for me. He had some newer staff members during a busy service because he was checking, literally rechecking what they had done & without anger based on some needed adjustments led the line staff to redo some items while he led with patience.
