Great hot fresh food, made how you order it! It's now kiosk ordering inside so almost zero contact with humans except to hand you your food. It might bother some people but I like it, less chance to make a mistake on orders! *** Update*** Next visit was a total miss!! Food took forever, employees yelling and fighting the whole time, could not get anything right even the 2nd time they made it! Awful service, awful food!!
This Taco Bell in Waite Park, MN has officially hit rock bottom, and I am appalled by how I was treated here. I came in to pick up a DoorDash order—something I’ve done countless times at various locations without a single issue. From the moment I walked in, multiple employees began screaming, cursing, and belittling me in a way that was aggressive, targeted, and completely unprovoked. The sanitation of this hotel is very poor, especially the bathroom, which is never cleaned and is too smelly and dirty, and guests cannot use the bathroom.
Adam had great customer service! He was very friendly & seems to have a very good work ethic overall a great employee & he definitely made our night better!
