I really appreciate the employees , they do their best, despite how busy it gets. This is one of the better Taco Bells I've been to.
Everything from the moment I stepped foot in to when I stormed out was horrible. There was a huge spilled puddle and no sign, which almost caused me to slip. The workers were extremely rude and lazy for they made us wait an extra hour while making the food of people who ordered after us. Overall would not go here again.
Unfortunately this Taco Bell was a disaster. Not only did the staff work incredibly slow during rush hour. They had no regard for any of the customers in the store aside from one Hispanic lady who was working the front counter. She was incredibly kind. Overall a 1/10 experience.
Got here at 11:11, and we are still waiting for someone's food at 12:26
