If certain people are not there it is almost impossible for you to get personal service at the counter. Not Senior friendly. Drive thru gets priority. Didn't get waited on today so I left.
Order was missing items. The employee stood there looking stupid. Said the receipt says combo so how would she know it comes with a taco? Um what? Do you hear yourself. First combo, keyword, common sense, secondly she acted as if I was trying to steal a $2 taco. She needed multiple employees to explain it and she still couldn’t comprehend what a combo was. Mexican pizza shell was expired and inedible.
Food and staff were great. But the bland washout of a restaurant just ain't it. Bring back the colorful taco bell of the 90s, and id eat there every day.
The counter associate was very patient and polite. The food was ok, not fresh-edible.
