Failed to start making mobile order. I got to the restaurant and they were oblivious to the fact that I put in an order 20 min ago. They were just sitting in the back office. Wasting time for nothing
Order "x" we don't have that at the moment, ordered "y" to drink, we only have unsweetened tea and water at the moment. Why even franchise a fast food place if you aren't going to have the nation wide advertised items????
Worker was outside talking and we pulled up to the speaker and waited 10 minutes. Then sat at the window thinking maybe the speaker was broke and was ignored. Stopped by at 11:25pm at night to order nacho fries and toasted street chalupas only to be told that the fryer is down, so I ordered regular tacos and a drink. The young girl at the window seemed annoyed and irritated I told her thank you and not one word very rude.
