Doordasher here and for the most part the food is ready or close to ready and they know me so they already know to get the order done
I ordered my food through drive through.. I explained to who ever took my order I don’t eat meat so they offered a number two chicken… I wanted sour cream so they offered a supreme I was never told of an up fee of 5 dollars… as I went to the window a lady with glasses talked to her staff rudely and told them to charge me the $5 fee.. the cashier said I’m so sorry… I was upset because as a customer it was never mentioned.. why should I pay this… so that lady who was supposed to be a supervisor was extremely rude to me refused... read more
