Very slow, regularly takes 30+ mins even if you order ahead on the app. This has happened to me several times. Food is usually fine but it is so slow it’s not worth it. Employees are usually nice enough but largely ignore waiting customers. Had several bad experiences stopped going, recently went back about a year later and it had not improved at all. Poor value (though this is more of a corporate issue, not the individual store). Just go to sucheros down the road, similar food type but better quality, value and service.
This location is the best! They actually give you a burrito sized burrito! They don't skimp on ingredients. By far my favorite location!
