The female “assistant manager” that was working night shift at 7pm on 11/01/25 was snippy and unfriendly on the phone. Originally we had our meals with 2 drinks and one spicy ranch. She refused to give them to our dasher because it wasn’t on our ticket. It was in fact on our ticket because we got the discovery luxe box which comes with one. By far the worst Taco Bell i’ve been too. The employees have no sense of urgency. I have waited in drive through line for over an hour before, they complained of handing us our 4 mobile orders and after I spoke up saying they closed the lobby at 11:15 when its supposed to be open until 11:30. Don’t complain if you aren’t going to abide by the rules. Dahlonega Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. They don’t acknowledge you, they do a kiosk to order your food now… and if you didn’t know that they probably won’t tell you so you can figure it out yourself. When you order they do not give you your cups, slam the food down on the counter and walk away faster than they called your name and once again don’t acknowledge you so then you have to try to get their attention so you can finally get your cup to get your drink. Received a kids size drink, and after requesting a regular size she was rude and said it was. Then food took 30 mins and I ordered a rice, beans and cheese burrito with NO beans, and instead got a burrito of nothing but beans.
