My daughter and I were at this store today and I have to make sure to bring some recognition to Trish and Etta. They killed it! It was clearly a stressful moment when we arrived but their customer service is outstanding!! They handled the chaos so professionally and were smiling and communicating wonderfully with their guest. My autistic son is picky about his food so we make sure to ask for things without items he doesn't like. He open item 1 and there was an issue. DANNY fixed it. When we got to item 2 and 3, also mistakes. DANNY apologized and remade his WHOLE box, including the first item again. The fact that DANNY made it so easy for my autistic son means the WORLD. Thank you, Sir. You helped this single Mom.
I was eating my food in my car when Thomas came outside to do trash. This was during night time when there was two cars next to me. Thomas then, approached this girl and guy. The guy seemed to be in a McDonald’s uniform. Thomas was vaping with the two people. Moving forward, he was stopped by this old senior lady with a dog in her car.
