Took over two hours to fill order. Requesting refund since I ordered from the app. No priority to people ordering in restaurant either. Save time and money, go to another location.
I'm a doordasher. I have been sent to this West Street location on many occasions. They have HORRIBLE customer service skills! Upon entering there's no one there to greet you, no one makes eye contact with you, and because us Dashers have a time limit they know they should have the order ready in a timely fashion. 9 and a half times out of 10 they don't! This Taco Bell is worth going out of your way for. It is different. Not skimpy. The lettuce was new and crunchy (!) Every taco was plump and fresh! It was a seriously worthwhile and enjoyable lunch experience. Even their soundtrack was pretty good, in my opinion. I am ONLY RECOMMENDING the Taco Bell at 3091 Solomon’s Island Road in Edgewater, Maryland. Store #039968.
Ignores their customers and tells you to use self order machine without even coming to counter to talk to customers. Very rude employee, you all can do better. Don’t come here if you in rush to use bathroom
