I need to love this Taco Bell because it’s my local one but please make sure the food is 100% every time I know it’s hard but please try. I keep getting cold or uncooked food and I don’t go back to complain because I understand but what the heck.
It is a management issue. Just to start, I LOVE TACOBELL, but this location just doesn't care. They consistently make our food incorrectly. Examples - Taco Supreme made without sour cream and tomatoes, made wrong the last three times. Chips and Nacho Supreme Dip - order changed to No Beans, extra Beef, made wrong the last two times. Bean burrito with EXTRA onions, made without onions or no extra onions. Come on! Dragonfruit drink ordered, given an empty cup. Asked where it was, worker did not know. He needed to make it. Great atmosphere
Late night service is beyond terrible. They continue to lock the doors so no one can come in past 11. The night staff is extremely rude. Not that it stops me from going to Taco Bell but I’m willing to drive to edgewater for that specific reason. I really think the owners should take in account of who they hire and what kind of demographic Annapolis is. Really unfortunate such a nice place is going down the shitter.
