Got the Lux meal with the triple crunch wrap, at this location they only give you the regular one...DISAPPOINTED once i got home, once again 25 bucks down the drain at this location.. This location needs NEW MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES WHO SOMEWHAT HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF DECENCY AND STANDARDS AND ALSO BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... No wonder the parking lot is empty nowadays... Not worth going to if you don't do drive through. They will absolutely neglect in store customers and only service drive through even to the point of you waiting 15 minutes before they even START your order with no other customers in the restaurant.
Ordered at kiosk, problem prevented printing or messaging of receipt. Other customers had similar problems. We were told the Wi-Fi was down so the kitchen wasn't seeing orders. Took more than 10 minutes to get my simple order (bean burrito, drink) and that was recorded by an employee at the register. The drink dispensers - both soda and iced tea - were inoperable, so an employee filled my drink cup behind the counter.

Worst Taco Bell ever been to food is cold not cooked properly not done right given wrong food Never will I go to this one again
