If it were possible to give 0 stars I would! I literally had to prompt the drive thru lady to finish my order on multiple items. I waited, she whispered and didn't even provide the proper orders. Ordered 2 Luxe Boxes, and had to swap items with my Husband to fulfill our own order once at home. What's better? The food looked horrible. Let me start with i love taco bell its my go to spot but this taco bell is absolute trash. Never gets my order right unless I order 1 thing at a time and even then its made so sloppy its hard to eat. I just ordered online for delivery and you guys left off my free gordita and then my chips and dip was 97% beans with a splash of the other ingredients.
