I'm torn about this place. The food is usually really good. The drive-thru service is usually pretty good the dining room service. However, I wasn't pleased with last night. I ordered food for me and my family through the app because they would not help me at the counter and then when my food was ready they didn't call my name. They didn't announce my number they didn't do anything. The competency crisis is real. Someone literally thought this was acceptable to serve customers.
Slow but good food
Ordered delivery— took nearly 10min longer than told so of course it was even colder. Ordered (and paid for) extra chicken on an item. Wasn’t done. Ordered no pico on an item. It had what appeared to be extra. Ordered extra beef on an item. It had less than it normally it does. What a total ripoff all the way around. Very disappointed— 100% not satisfied.
